Verified ownerI bought these to use when my wife has my trusty Peltor SportTac. They are very comfortable to wear; I tried a few of the included tips but ended up going back to the basically medium ones that came already fitted. Sound quality and deadening is excellent, as is battery life. So as ear defenders they really are excellent. A few very minor niggles... the clear dongles to presumably help remove them are both fragile and for me at least unnecessary, one has broken off already and I might just cut the other one... the colour identification for left and right ear is blue and red, probably for nautical types especially green and red would make more sense?... and lastly the case is a bit meh, it's quite large in relation to the buds but there's some elastic which stops it opening easily and there doesn't seem to be anywhere to keep spare batteries. All in all though these are a very good choice if you like in-ear protection but don't want the hassle/expense of the custom fit type.

WaterShield Hydrophobic Nanocoating
As part of the continual CENS product development and improvement program; we have a state-of-the-art hydrophobic nanocoating system called WaterShield.
The WaterShield bio-compatible coating is a highly durable “Teflon-like” amorphous carbon polymer coating that protects CENS devices from accidental liquid exposure.
Tests have shown that a hydrophobic coating can reduce water ingress by 3x to 5x over an unprotected product when exposed to simulated rain-chamber conditions.
