CENS ProFlex/Classic models are custom made to fit your ears. To make sure your product fits your ears perfectly, you will need impressions taken. Don’t worry, it’s not scary, it doesn’t hurt and it’s really straightforward. Best of all, it will mean you’ll have the best ear protection money can buy!

Choose from one of these national chains: Hidden Hearing, Amplifon, Specsavers or any other high street hearing specialist.
What to ask for…
Request impressions as âmeatal length must be to the second bend with a fully filled concha*
Cost varies, but is typically around £50
What should it look like?
The impression should be smooth and follow the contours of your ear canal, there should be no air bubbles or tears in the material.

The ear impression procedure usually takes around 10/15 minutes at your hearing specialist appointment. You can keep track of the manufacturing process by creating your CENS account.
What if I'm outside the UK?
We have CENS specialist retailers all over the world! You can simply visit your local hearing professional and get your ear impressions. Make sure that you request your impressions as: âmeatal length must be to the second bend with a fully filled conchaâ. You then can post these to our office in Rochester.Â
